Policies & Important Info

At GlamGIrls LA, our calendar fills up quite fast and it may be necessary to allow at least 4-6 weeks for party bookings. If you have a last minute party request and we have an opening, we will do our best to accommodate you!

According to the size of your party, a security deposit ranging from $25-$100 is required in order to secure your appointment. Deposits can be paid via Credit/Debit card, Apple Pay or Cash App ONLY

CONFIRMATION POLICY: The final head count for your party is due 4 days before your party! NO "day-of-party" changes. Our office will contact you 5-6 days before the party. Client is responsible to confirm the final head count, party location, and package 4 days prior to the event. Our hostesses are not authorized to make any changes to your bill on-site at your party. You are fully responsible to pay for the the number of  girls you confirm on the day of confirmation. We arrange supplies and schedule staff according to the number you provide.  No price reductions for no-shows.

-PARKING SPACE REQUIRED 

-Due to limited set-up time, imperative that we have a parking space in driveway or front of house or apartment

-30 Minute Set-Up time

-Set-up can take place indoors or outdoors (we do not provide tent or covering)
-Cleared-open area is needed, Flat Surface (preferably no grass)

-Due to COVID, the larger group you have the larger space we will need

-Exact decorations, table set-up , and party design are subject to change based upon product availability. We always strive to stay trendy and current, we often update and improve our event set-up.

-PARTY COLOR THEME OPTIONS: HOT PINK (blush pink upon request), LAVENDER (purple) or TURQUOISE (blue)

In the event you cancel your party for any reason, the deposit is considered non-refundable. Seeing as we will start prepping and packing supplies approximately 7 days before the party, we cannot accept party-week cancellations. We will gladly try to accommodate you to reschedule your party within 45 days from original party date.

We do not apply refunds for no-show guests on the day of the party. It will be asked that you finalize ALL details and head count info at least 4 days before the appointment.  

In the event that we do not receive a finalized confirmation from you and you are deemed unreachable within 72 hours of your party, you will forfeit your deposit. Your party will then be canceled. We will make multiple attempts to call, text and email you

-Deposits will go towards the party total (nonrefundable)

-Travel Fee ranging from $25-$150*

-18% Service will be included in the total (no exceptions)

-CASH PAYMENT DUE AT BEGINNING OF SERVICE

-NO services rendered until party is fully paid
